Campo de Ourique is a residential district west of the centre with a food market of its own. Mercado de Campo de Ourique is where locals buy produce and eat casually, Pigmeu does pork, and Red Nose is the natural wine bar and shop for rare bottles and obscure cheese. Bertrand Livreiros has the creaky wooden floors, Hikidashi is a Japanese counter and Memoria has a Tuscan-style courtyard. Come hungry.
