Good for gastropubs, the Saatchi Gallery and a very good bookshop.

Chelsea is quieter than its reputation and better for it. The Saatchi Gallery rarely feels rammed, the Cadogan Arms and the Surprise do the pub end properly, and John Sandoe is the sort of bookshop where somebody actually recommends something. Phat Phuc, name and all, is still the best cheap lunch on the King's Road.
