Cibeles

Good for the fountain, a rooftop above the Círculo and a run of good lunches.

Cibeles is the fountain and the building behind it, and the better use of your time is above. The Círculo de Bellas Artes has a rooftop bar, with Azotea del Círculo as the restaurant up there. Back at street level, Estimar does seafood, La Primera does Cantabrian fish, Tasca Celso y Manolo does vermouth, and Casa Mortero and Lettera 22 fill the evening. The Principal is the hotel with the view.
