La Latina is the Rastro and the lanes that feed it. Casa Revuelta does fried cod and vermouth, Taberna Almería and Casa Lucas cover the tapas crawl, and Sobrino de Botín is the oldest restaurant in the city, so book it. La Cueva de Lola and Flamenco La Quimera are the flamenco rooms. Federal Café and Watts Cantina do brunch for the morning after.
