Polanco
Good for tasting menus at Pujol and Quintonil.
Polanco is the tasting-menu district. Pujol and Quintonil are the two names to book a month or more ahead, Animal is the mixed menu of sushi, al pastor and charcoal cuts, and Hotel Habita is the glass-fronted hotel with the rooftop. It is polished and a little corporate. Come for one serious dinner, not for wandering.
