Roma Norte
Good for bakeries, tacos on every corner and long cafe mornings.
Roma Norte is where Mexico City does its eating out, and it does it on foot. Rosetta is the restaurant and Panadería Rosetta the bakery, both on Colima. Máximo Bistrot is the long lunch, closed on Sundays, and Taquería Orinoco runs tacos into the small hours. Cafebrería El Péndulo is a bookshop with a cafe attached, which is the right way round. Come hungry and skip the plan.
