Nihonbashi

Good for department stores, anago and old paper and sweets shops.

Nihonbashi is merchant Tokyo, and several of the old firms are still trading. Tamai Nihonbashi Main Branch specialises in anago, Haibara sells handmade washi, TORAYA makes traditional confections, and Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya hold the department store end. Kaneko Hannosuke does tendon at Coredo Muromachi, and Tapas Molecular Bar is a counter-seat booking. It is an office district, so lunch is busy and evenings are quiet.
