Good for seafood osteria, courtyards and the bookshop with the cats.

In Castello the best food is tucked off the main routes. Osteria alle Testiere cooks the day's catch, Osteria Alla Frasca has wisteria overhead, Ostaria Boccadoro does seafood on a terrace and Antico Gatoleto turns out pizza and risotto. Libreria Acqua Alta stacks vintage books everywhere and lets the cats roam. Pasta & Pasta is the cheap lunch near the piazza. Lose the map for an hour here.
