Common questions

How do I save a place from a TikTok or Instagram video?

Open the video in TikTok or Instagram, tap the share icon, and choose Spillist from the share sheet. Spillist extracts the places mentioned in the video and adds them to your Finds tab within a few seconds. You can also paste a link directly into the Extract tab in the app.

Which platforms does Spillist support?

TikTok, Instagram (Reels and posts), articles, your own typed notes, and photos. We are continually expanding the list — if a link does not work, email us and we will look into it.

What does it cost?

Spillist is free to start with a weekly extraction allowance. If you want unlimited extractions and more advanced trip planning features, you can upgrade in-app. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings on your iPhone or from your account on spillist.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, find Spillist, and tap Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in at spillist.com, open the billing section, and cancel from there. Cancelling stops auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account. You can also email us at matt@1five9.com and we will remove your account and all associated data within 7 days.

I am not receiving push notifications.

Open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Spillist, tap Notifications, and make sure Allow Notifications is on with Banners, Sounds, and Badges enabled. If notifications are on but nothing is arriving, fully close and reopen the app once — this re-registers your device. If you still see nothing, email us with your username and we will look into it.

I think I found a bug.
